Disputes Resolutions.com is an aggregator of dispute resolution cases in Australia. We are looking for experienced and currently accredited Mediators, Conciliators, Arbitrators, Facilitators and Negotiators to join our Panel.

How it Works 

1. If you are qualified – join (free and no obligation)
2. Once we confirm your valid accreditation and approve your application, you will become a member of our panel
3. You will have access to our ‘Jobs Schedule’ here on the website, where we post all available jobs. We also notify you of upcoming jobs by email
4. If you see a job that you would like to do and is a suitable date for you, simply click on ‘Book’
5. The job will be assigned to you and we will send you all of the ‘Intake’ information and relevant documents.
6. You will receive full payment for the job within 24 hours of completion.
7. The remuneration for jobs will vary and will be shown with each job posting. Payment for a standard MEDIATION job is $900 for half-day (up to 4 hrs) and $1500 for a full-day (up to 8 hrs).
8. The majority of jobs are conducted on-line via Zoom.
9. There are no obligations as to how many jobs you do or which jobs you select.
10. You are an independent contractor not an employee of the company.

Note:

(a) You have no requirement to do any intake work. All necessary information and documents will be sent to you.

(b)  You must not ‘Book’ a job unless you are sure you are available on that date and are able to do the job. Only emergency cancellations accepted.
