Half Day (Up to 4 hours) $750 + GST (each Party)To be advised – subject to case details
Full Day (Up to 8 hours) $1250 + GST (each Party)To be advised – subject to case details
  • Intake process fee is $180 per party.
  • Fees quoted are for on-line sessions. In person sessions are subject to an additional 20% fee.
  • Fees are inclusive of reading and preparation.
  • Documents for preparation are to be delivered 5-7 days prior to the scheduled meeting date.
  • Hourly rate in addition to half and full day rates if required is $180+GST each party.
  • Half day sessions normally begin at 9.00am or 2.00pm.
  • Discounts considered for legal aided or disadvantaged clients. Please contact us to discuss.
  • Payment must be made on booking. Booking not confirmed until receipt of payment.
  • 50% cancellation fee after payment is made.

VENUES

Sessions are generally conducted on-line via zoom. In-person sessions are also available in various locations throughout Australia at an additional fee of 20%. Interstate travel (from NSW) if required, is subject to additional costs and will be quoted separately. Please contact us for a quote.

Mediation costs only about 1 or 2% of litigation costs.
